try to reduce the negative parts of favoritism

Quality photos, pages, and posts often go ignored if posted by a 'regular' member. I've seen plenty examples where a new photo from the same vantage from a popular SP'er gets way more attention than a better, previously posted pic. Similarly, I can see how this issue leads folks to stop participating in the site, only to have someone else grab their pages and take the credit. Some competition is great, but it's a little frustrating how the system works.

        I full heartily agree with this. However you will see this trend go on through out society. For example I post on facebook about my amazing adventure and get two likes. Someone else posts how they got drunk on the weekend and have 50. Fair? Not really.

        So if you can think of a creative way of going about this, feel free to speak up about it.
