Fixing MBPost...

Due to my apparently brilliant suggestion to add the feature in which we are discussing right now, the MBPost link has disappeared...
The main idea is to find a way to keep it alive possibly in another place !
Another concern (not the least !) is that many people are experiencing problems to register on MBPost. For some reason Chaberton managed, but many others not.
We would appreciate if MBpost was maintained, I agree the lack of interest is flagrant... but not fixing the problems for sure won't help...

I'm working hard to recruit a few of my mountain biking friends to join the site. Hopefully we can start growing it now and someday it will be as popular as SP!

Great works of renovation on Mbpost site in these days.
        Thank you.
The hope is that new members sign up to take advantage of it.

We don't mind too much about all SP features being in MBPost, but only fixing the registration would be really appreciated.

I've only recently had access to the MbPost server. The software is similar, but it is the equivalent of SP several years ago. SP has evolved a very long way in the last few years. The two sites are quite different now and making changes to MbPost would not be just as simple as pulling the same code over from SP. It would require significant time and I'm more interested in developing SP right now.

I agree that Mbpost could use a complete face lift just like SP. Considering that they run on the same software type it shouldn't be to terribly hard to do this. But then again I don't know all the technical details of the server upgrades that might have to take place on mbpost.
