Dispatching Europe in the regional forum

We are seeing people exchanging in the Italian team, Spanish team, Central Europe team, Scots team, etc
Europe is the most populated SP region after the US, so why not creating entities that group several countries ? (rather countries interested in the same geographical mountain zone)
Similarly, there is a need to exchange on the forum in other languages, and this besides of the geographical location:
- Spanish (Spain, Latin America, Mexico, US)
- French (Quebec, Belgium, Swiss, France)
plus few others ..

        - Iberic Peninsula
        - Italy
        - Germany/Austria/Switzerland,Netherlands
        - Scandinavia
        - East Central Europe (Carpathian arc, Bohemia, Sudetes)
        - South East Europe (Balkans, ex Yugoslavia, Greece)
        - Russia/Belarus/ east Ukraine (Russian speaking countries)
        Well, perhaps worth discussing this topic in the current Europe forum...
