Allow users to change their first 27 pictures selected on their user page
Will have to think about how to best implement this. Should be doable though.

I think that the pics which have gotten the most votes, sometimes are not our favourites, neither objectively the best, due to a complex set of objective and subjective factors we all may guess. So i'm sure that the majority of members would be gratifyed with picking their 27 manually.

Marc have you tried just deleting your top 27 photos? That would give a fresh new result with not much effort. Or at least delete the top photos you aren't proud of.
just kidding....

I believe I was the first person to suggest this. I think I said something like "I am tired of looking at the same old photos on my Profile Page. Is there any way we can have the option to change that?" I like to keep my profile page more dynamic with new and more interesting photos. Photos I can be proud of.

Yes, please just let me pick my 27. -

A solution might be to let users display by score, hits, date, or perhaps even slider bars to weight these criteria. Or just let them pick 27 manually.

I agree with this, in some regard. The photos that appear on my Profile are basically only those which have gotten the most votes, but certainly not all of the photos I am most proud of or like the most. I know I have several photos which have gotten few views or votes but that I would like to share on my Profile in some sort of "Favorite Personal Photos" section.
The counter-argument to this might be that some people might only put their worst and/or goofiest photos on their Profile. But that would be unlike the SP Front Page, and would certainly bring out individualism! lol
